Processing times may vary depending on the type of item or current workload.
Once an order is shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, or carrier delays. Tracking information is provided when available.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted or adjusted once shipped.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. International orders may include additional customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers may need to follow up with the carrier directly. Lost, delayed, or misrouted packages caused by the carrier are outside of the shop’s control.
If an item arrives with significant damage from shipping, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and original packaging for review.
