Returns & Policies

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and upcycled nature of each piece, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not available. Natural variations and small imperfections are expected and part of the character of upcycled work.

Sizing

Sizing varies based on the original garment or shoe used for the upcycle. Product descriptions include all available sizing information. For additional clarification before purchasing, the Contact page can be used.

Custom Orders

Custom requests may be available depending on current workload. Custom pieces require clear communication regarding size, colors, and design. Processing times for custom work vary and are listed at the time of booking. Deposits for custom items are non-refundable.

Upcycled Pieces

Upcycled items begin with pre-loved bases. Small variations in color, stitching, or surface texture are normal and contribute to the individuality of each piece. No two items will ever be identical.

Tattooed Shoes: Durability

All painted or tattooed shoes are finished with professional-grade leather and synthetic sealants designed to protect the artwork during regular wear. Once sealed, the artwork is resistant to cracking, peeling, and water exposure under normal conditions.

Tattooed shoes are intended for everyday wear. As with any custom shoe art, long-term durability depends on general care, proper sizing, and avoiding extreme abrasion or soaking.

Garment Care

Upcycled garments should be washed on a gentle cycle or by hand when possible. Air drying is recommended to preserve materials, stitching, and artwork. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or high-heat drying.

Artwork Care

Hand-painted or stitched elements may naturally soften with time and wear. Following the recommended washing instructions will help maintain quality.

Sewing & Construction

Upcycled garments may include reinforced stitching, patchwork, or decorative elements. These are sewn using durable techniques but may vary slightly in appearance due to the nature of repurposed materials.
